Choose an Options, Futures or Bundle plan
Match terminal access to the analysis you use and review the current catalog.
Match the plan to the tools you use
Open Billing to compare Options, Futures and Bundle. Options focuses on options flow, modeled exposure, key levels, volatility and open interest. Futures focuses on depth, footprints, DOM, profiles and execution-flow analysis, with eligible replay. Bundle combines the terminal product families. Choose by the investigations you actually perform rather than assuming every similarly named chart belongs to the same entitlement. The current account state, plan entitlements and dataset availability decide which tools can return data; a plan-card description is not a substitute for the source coverage shown in a tool.
Read the loaded account state first
Wait for Billing's account summary and catalog to load before selecting an action. The heading identifies the account's current terminal product and its status, while a renewal or access-end line explains the relevant date. A Loading plan state has not yet established that you have no subscription. Billing unavailable means the application could not retrieve the required state and should be retried or investigated. If the page says Preview account, billing actions are disabled because the development fixture has no real billing customer behind it.
Compare monthly and yearly amounts
Use the Monthly or Yearly switch to inspect the offered billing interval. A yearly card may express a monthly equivalent while separately stating the full yearly amount billed. Compare the actual billed total and interval before proceeding; a monthly-equivalent label is not a promise of monthly installments. Prices and available actions come from the current catalog. Read the amount on the current screen and provider review instead of relying on a screenshot, remembered price or older support article.
- Open Billing and wait for the current account and catalog.
- Select Monthly or Yearly and read the billed total as well as the displayed unit.
- Compare the required tools with the Options, Futures and Bundle cards.
Use the action offered for your account
A plan card can offer a free trial, subscription checkout, an upgrade or switch preview, or management through Stripe. These actions depend on the saved account state; they are not interchangeable buttons for granting access. A trial action starts the offered trial when eligible. Checkout opens a hosted payment flow. A change action first presents a review of the proposed subscription change. If an action reports a provider or price configuration problem, pressing it has not proved a payment occurred or that new access was granted.
Review a change before confirming
For an existing subscription, inspect the change preview's Due now, Next invoice and Takes effect information. Some changes involve proration or are payment-dependent, while others are scheduled. Use Cancel to leave the review without applying it and Confirm change only when its amount and timing match your intent. The message Subscription change submitted describes submission, not every later provider outcome. Return to the current Billing state and confirm the product, status and effective date rather than treating the closed modal as complete entitlement evidence.
Keep API and provider permissions separate
API Developer and API Pro are separately billed API products, displayed in the relevant Billing add-on section. A terminal Bundle does not automatically grant public REST, MCP or developer WebSocket access. Provider permissions are another separate boundary: a paid terminal plan does not prove every exchange, contract, overnight root or history interval has eligible source data. Use the affected tool's access and coverage messages to distinguish a product entitlement from provider availability. OrderMap analysis remains read-only and does not place orders regardless of the terminal plan chosen.
Verify the result and report a mismatch
After completing a provider flow, reopen or refresh Billing and check the account identity, product, status and renewal or end date. Inspect Invoices when you need a payment record. If a desired tool remains unavailable, preserve its exact dataset, session and error alongside the billing state; a missing capture needs a different remedy from a missing subscription. Report safe invoice or checkout references and approximate times through Support. Do not attach full card details, private payment URLs or credentials, and do not infer a charge from merely visiting a hosted checkout page.
